Damages
If you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, you must e-mail us within 3 days of receiving the damaged product to be eligible for a return. As each F. Rock carryall goes through a rigorous inspection process before shipment, we will only accept defective products at our discretion.
If you receive a package from F. Rock that looks damaged to the extent that the merchandise may also be damaged, refuse delivery from UPS and let us know by email immediately.
Damaged products may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. (See below repair policy.) We have the right to deny a refund if the F. Rock product(s) returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Repairs
All of our bags styles undergo what we call "street testing", for strength and durability of normal daily use, before they hit our website or your hands. We carry F. Rock bags ourselves and know normal wear and tear. As such, we stand behind our bag designs to hold up to the rigors of daily life.
We want you to use your F. Rock bag and make it your own. Carry it to from work to the gym to weekends and show it some love! Get the leather scuffed and broken in – it will distress and age over time, which we consider normal everyday wear and tear. We can not guarantee the item against this… and frankly think it makes for a more authentic carryall.
As long as the item in need of repair has not been damaged by you, from wearer's misuse, we will always make every effort to repair our carryalls for a 180 day period from date of purchase.
Privacy
When you make an online purchase at www.FRockbags.com, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information. You provide this information simply so we can process and ship your order to you.
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties… not even in the dog days of summer when a glass of a certain someone's soon-to-be-famous Boston iced tea sounds really tempting. Nope. Simply put, we're serious about privacy. Some things just aren't for sale.
Our e-mail list is just a handy tool for us to provide you with advance alerts for cool new products, sales, updates, exclusive offers or F. Rock events. At any point in time, you have the right to opt out and unsubscribe. Simply send an e-mail to info@FRockbags.com from your subscription e-mail address with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line and we will remove you from the list. Change your mind? Just re-subscribe. We'll be happy to have you back.
